- 所有老鼠必须全身心的毫无保留地投入到劳动中，任何老鼠主动生病的行为都会影响到整体效益。猫会大力感谢那些为了不生病而做出努力的老鼠。猫将对那些超量工作、鞠躬尽瘁的老鼠表达口头上的公开感谢，这是农场的最高荣誉和奖励形式。
- 任何老鼠不得与被驱逐的老鼠进行聚会等活动，这一系列秘密活动都是被严令禁止的。
- 猫不在意任何迟到早退的行为，但这样的行为会伤害到鼠鼠之间相互尊重的感情。所有鼠鼠都要准时准点到达，当下班时间延迟，鼠鼠应该反思自己为什么没有把工作安排好。
- 农场禁止一切负面情绪以及批评，如有任何意见，我们将召开全体大会，并使用问卷调查的形式来收集意见。填写调查时可以匿名，但我们不建议这样做，我们是相互信任的大家庭，这种不信任感会伤害到猫的感情；同时，对于匿名的老鼠，我们不保证不查阅问卷后台数据，但对于提出伤害感情的意见的鼠鼠，我们将会安排一对一的私下谈心。
- 所有老鼠必须每天给猫提供一份当日活动报告，否则它们的口粮会被按天数扣除。
- 在进食时间，老鼠不得未经报备擅自离开，哪怕这些时间属于非劳动的休息时间。
- 农场的食物预算是非常有限的，因为更新先进的生产设备需要花费大量的钱。进食成本超过预算，哪怕一点点，都是不被允许的，我们也不允许自行补上超出成本的部分，因为这样的事情会让农场的章程复杂化。
- 任何老鼠不得自行在农场外进行生产活动，或参与任何外部农场的生产活动，或在猫无法看到的地方与外面的动物建立小团体（哪怕这些行为发生在农场外的休息时间也是不允许的）。这样的行为有损农场的利益，农场也不是让老鼠为自己而工作的地方。这一条款虽然没有写在协议上，但猫不允许这样的情况发生，因为没有任何一个老鼠敢这样做过。
- 任何老鼠在离开农场后不得参与相似的生产活动，否则猫将启动法律诉讼程序（尽管这一条并没有写在双方协议上）
- 任何尝试把自己改造，尝试从老鼠的身份脱离的行为都是背叛。从外观上(a)包含任何毛发(b)有眼睛(c)四肢着地行走(d)有爪子(e)任何猫从主观上认为与其自身相关的特征，都会被认定为高度相似，判定为COPYCAT即拷贝猫。历史上有数次拷贝猫的行为，其中包括狗、豹子、松鼠、浣熊等动物都是猫的模仿者，据传其中一部分曾被猫与农场起诉，导致了严重后果。
A Statement from the Cat
Welcome to Rodana Kafer Farm, a warm and loving family home for both cats and mice! We are a diverse collective, proudly housing over thirty mice from around the world (and we don’t feel the need to boast about it). We are not a sweatshop; we are one family, bound by love and mutual support. All mice are in full agreement with these rules, raising both hands and feet in support, demonstrating the highest degree of mutual support and care among the rats. Our charter is clear and simple. We do not engage in the system of transformation and evolution found in big factories; here, all mice are equal, and everyone is a farm expert and leader.
Farm Regulation
- All mice must dedicate themselves to labor wholeheartedly and without reservation. Any mouse that intentionally falls ill will negatively affect the overall collective efficiency. The Cat expresses deep gratitude to those mice who strive hard not to get sick. The Cat will offer public verbal thanks to those mice who overwork themselves and dedicate their lives to the farm; this is the highest form of honor and reward at the farm.
- No mouse is permitted to gather with or organize activities involving mice who have been expelled. Such secret activities are strictly prohibited.
- The Cat does not strictly mind tardiness or early departures, but such behavior will hurt the mutual respect and feelings among the mice. All mice should arrive promptly. If the end-of-shift time is delayed, mice should reflect upon why they failed to manage their workload efficiently.
- The farm strictly prohibits all negative emotions and criticism. Should any feedback arise, we will convene an all-hands meeting and use a questionnaire survey to collect opinions. Filling out the survey can be anonymous, but we highly discourage it; we are a family built on trust, and such lack of faith would hurt the Cat’s feelings. Furthermore, while anonymity is allowed, we do not guarantee we won’t check the backend data of the survey. However, for those mice who submit feedback that hurts our feelings, we will arrange a private, one-on-one heart-to-heart talk.
- All mice must provide the Cat with a daily activity report. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of their rations proportional to the number of missing reports.
- Mice are not permitted to leave during meal times without prior reporting, even though this time is officially designated as non-labor rest time.
- The farm’s food budget is extremely limited, as updating advanced production equipment costs a significant amount of money. Any feeding costs exceeding the budget, even slightly, are strictly disallowed. We also prohibit mice from covering the excess cost themselves, as such actions would unnecessarily complicate the farm’s charter.
- No mouse may engage in production activities outside the farm, participate in the production activities of any external farm, or establish small groups with outside animals where the Cat cannot see them (even if these activities occur during rest time outside the farm). Such actions harm the farm’s interests. The farm is not a place for mice to work for their own benefit. Although this clause is not written in the agreement, the Cat does not allow such things to happen because no mouse has ever dared to.
- Any mouse leaving the farm may not engage in similar production activities afterward. Should this occur, the Cat will initiate legal proceedings (even though this clause is not explicitly written in the bilateral agreement).
- Any attempt to transform oneself or break away from the identity of a mouse is considered betrayal. Any visual characteristic subjectively deemed by the Cat to be related to itself, including (a) any fur, (b) having eyes, (c) walking on four limbs, (d) having claws, will be determined as highly similar and classified as a COPYCAT. Historically, there have been several cases of “Copycat” behavior, including animals such as dogs, leopards, squirrels, and raccoons who imitated the Cat. It is rumored that some of these animals were sued by the Cat and the farm, resulting in serious consequences.
